Seek Peace (Jeremy Williams)
How do we find peace within ourselves? Isaiah encourages us to pursue peace by placing our faith in God. How can we find peace with others? Jesus gives us instructions for finding peace in difficult situations. How can we receive and share peace? In this series, we will walk through the Bible's recipe for peace in every area of our lives.
Rev. Dr. Jeremy L. Williams, Ph.D. is a native of Huntsville, AL. He successfully defended his Ph.D. dissertation on racialization and criminalization in Acts of the Apostles at Harvard University. Dr. Williams is Assistant Professor of New Testament at Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. He graduated with Highest Honors in Religious Studies and Economics from Vanderbilt University, and he earned the M.Div. degree from Yale Divinity School. Rev. Williams is ordained as an Elder in Full Connection in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. He has served in ministry for almost 20 years and as lead pastor of two congregations in Connecticut. He is also a national awardee of his honorable fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi.
