The Bible never seeks to defend the existence of God. It is assumed. Rather, the Bible unveils the One True God. Because God is God, *I am not*. He is in control, and I want to know and follow his will for my life. Because I was created in the image of the triune God and for community, I recognize others' full personhood and I value and enjoy others.
