Ignition 7: The Free Run of Faith (John Driver)

The sixth day of creation was the day God made Adam and Eve—a day he knew they would someday fall by sinning against him. Every free runner will fall down, but they must know what do when it happens—and more importantly, what Jesus has already done for them—so their fall does become permanent.
The LUP Bible passage for today is Philippians 1:29-30. Watch the video, read the passage, and then use these LUP questions for additional reflection.
1. What are the two things we been granted in vs. 29?
2. How do you feel about the “suffering” part (vs. 29)?
3. How could suffering possibly be something positive that we share with Jesus (vs. 29-30)? How is our earthly reality skewed from this spiritual reality?
