Take back your life by being filled with the Holy Spirit's power and tearing down strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:1-6). When you make a bad decision, receive God's mercy. Reverse negative thoughts with thanksgiving. Use the power of your words to speak life to others, and to speak faith to your own mountains of discouragement.
