Session 1, "Discovering the Spirit," teaches that when you live in step with the Spirit, you become who God intended, and you don't have to live a fake life.

Session 2, "Renewing My Mind," teaches that if you want to live a great life, think great thoughts; it is your thought life that drives everything else..

Session 3, "Redeeming My Time," teaches that if you don’t find soul satisfaction in God, you'll look for it somewhere else.

Session 4, "Deepening My Relationships," teaches that the key to building a strong relationship is by proactively observing a friend to get to know them on a deeper level.

Session 5, "Transforming My Experience," teaches that when you seek the Spirit, you seek something bigger than yourself, something worth the risk.
